As a business, we have continued to invest in our people and systems to provide our customers with the support and service they need. Our Trustpilot score reflects our dedication to providing support, advice and guidance, and we want to continue to offer our excellent UK-based service, which we pride ourselves on.

In 2023, we are seeing more price increases from our suppliers, some of which we can absorb. However, we will have to pass on some of that cost to ensure our customers across the UK can continue to collaborate, communicate and connect. I appreciate price increases are never welcome, particularly at such a challenging time. Still, you have our commitment that we are dedicated to providing you with the broadest choice of products underpinned by the best possible service.

What are the price changes for 2023?

The pricing of all packages and services will change in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), as of June 2023, plus 3.9%. This mirrors price increases across the industry, which were applied by many businesses in April 2023 when the CPI rate was higher. The increase will not affect Business Assurance, Care Levels or Select Services.

Your new pricing will be reflected in your bills from next month. 

If you would like to consider alternatives, adjust, or cancel, you’ll need to contact us within 30 days from the date of your letter to avoid early termination charges. In line with Ofcom regulations, business customers who have subscribed to a fixed line and/or broadband/fibre contract and pay recurring charges such as line rental, have the right to exit their contract for the affected services without having to pay any early termination charges.
