Mobile – Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Terms and Conditions
Onebill mobile tariffs that include “unlimited minutes” and/or “unlimited SMS” and/or “unlimited Data” will be subject to a Fair Usage Policy.
Current fair usage limits on unlimited packages set per calendar month are as follows:
- 650GB of UK Data
- 4000 UK Landline/Mobile minutes
- 2000 UK Mobile messages
In the event, that the stated fair use limits are breached twice in any 3-month period, then your Data speeds may be impacted and artificially reduced for the remainder of your monthly billing cycle. Onebill also reserves the right to request that the connection be removed from the network.
Onebill do not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including without limitation, text, or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile-to-mobile call or transmission. Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice, or data services.
Onebill reserve the right to suspend services without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used.
Unlimited Data Roaming Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Onebill mobile tariffs will be subject to a Fair Usage Policy whilst roaming within standard inclusive or daily roaming destinations.
Whilst roaming outside of the UK on unlimited data plans, and within standard inclusive or daily roaming destinations, data fair usage is capped at 20GB per month whereby roaming restrictions and/or out of bundle charges may be applied for usage exceeding this limit.
